COMMON ERROR INTERACTIVE ANALYZING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To automatically extract an error interactive pattern common to the interaction history of plural operators. ;CONSTITUTION: An error interactive pattern comparing device 106 mutually compares a group of error interactive patterns read out from an error interactive pattern storing device 105 based upon a comparing reference read out from a comparing reference storing device 107 and groups patterns having the same attribute value group coincident with the comparing reference as common error interactive patterns. The common error interactive patterns are stored in a common error interactive pattern storing part 108. The common pattern is displayed on a diagram device 109 as a diagram. An interactive history retrieving device 110 selects a certain common error interactive pattern from the displayed diagram, retrieves the interactive history of an operator having the pattern and displays the relieved result on the device 109.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
