MULTIPLE LIQUID MIXING AND JETTING DEVICE FOR AEROSOL COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: To prevent the liquid leakage and to eliminate the mixing of liquid before jetting operation by installing the device main body which has a communi cative hole, a rotating switch member and a partition member, and a tube unit having a packing part in close contact with the peripheral surface of the switch member and an inflow path of liquid to a packing. ;CONSTITUTION: A mixer 19 in a mixing chamber 21 is three-dimensional structure body in the shape of a helical screw. The tip of a nozzle body 15 is formed into a jetting hole 17. In the mixing chamber 21, two independent guide paths 23a and 23b to the mixing chamber, into which a path is partitioned by a partition part 25 and which extend to switch bars 37a, 37b are formed. The switch bars 37a, 37b are a cylindrical body freely rotatably arranged, and have communicative holes 39a, 39b connecting the mixing chamber-guiding paths 23a, 23b and inflow paths 53a, 53b to make them communicate with each other. O-rings 41a, 41b made of a rubber are wound around the switch bars 37a, 37b. A tube unit 51 separated from a body block 11 has two liquid inflow paths 53a, 53b inside, and is equipped with a close contact packing at the tip.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
