MANUFACTURE OF THREAD-LIKE MAGNET AND ITS EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: To manufacture a thread-like magnet which improves magnetic force, by generating magnetic lines of force along the radial direction of a jetting port, spouting thermoplastic resin in which magnetic powder is melted while being isomerized, from a jetting port, and spinning a thread. ;CONSTITUTION: A mixture of molten fine powder of Sr-ferrite and nylon is contained in a nozzle equipment with pressure, and spouted in a thread state from a jetting port 16 of a nozzle main body 11. A magnetic field is generated in the vicinity of the jetting port 16 by a magnetic part 18, and makes the fine powder of Sr-ferrite contained in the spouted nylon anisotropic. That is, in the magnetic part 18, yoke bodies 19a, 19b clamping a magnet 20 wherein magnetic poles face each other along the radial direction of the jetting port 16 of the nozzle main body 11 are arranged, so that a magnetic circuit having magnetic lines of force along the radial direction of the jetting port 16 is formed. Thereby the fine powder of Sr-ferrite is magnetized and made anisotropic. The powder is immediately cooled, and a thread is hardened in the state that the fine powder of Sr-ferrite is isomerized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
