PURPOSE:To obtain the clothing capable of adjusting air peameability by elongating it with a tenter etc., by placing multiple intermediate materials and adjusting materials with fine tuning holes for air permeability between a face side cloth and a reverse side cloth and by forming them into one piece. CONSTITUTION:Between a face side cloth 1 and a reverse side cloth 2, both having strechability, multiple numbers of intermediate materials B and materials D for adjusting air permeability having fine tuning holes E of air permeability like X-shaped split holes, etc., are placed. They are formed into one piece by an adhesion or a melt bonding to make a clothing material A or to tailor sportswear like jumpsuit, etc. In the cases where the air permeability is insufficient upon measurment, then elongate the material with a tenter for spun or woven materials, by an elongation ratio of within the limit value of plastic deformation to change the shape of and to extend the area of the fine tuning holes for air peameability, resulting in increase of it.
