CONSTITUTION:This method for producing extract powder of a mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum Karst. is to inoculate Ganoderma lucidum Karst. into a solid culture medium using chaff as a raw material, proliferate the mycelium of the Ganoderma lucidum Karst., simultaneously untye a bunch of a solid culture medium containing the mycelium of the Ganoderma lucidum Karst., add warm water at 50-55 deg.C thereto, stir the resultant mixture, further add a cellulolytic agent, stir the prepared mixture, further filter the dissolved mycelium of the Ganoderma lucidum Karst., provide an extract thereof, then add beta- cyclodextrin in the resultant extract separated from the mycelium of the Ganoderma lucidum Karst., mix and stir the prepared mixture, dry the obtained mixture in a vacuum freezing dryer, pulverize and powder the dried mixture.
