BALANCED-LEVER LIFT TYPE DECK AND REFUGE BASE FOR CARRIER PALLET WORK

PURPOSE: To provide a balanced-lever lift type deck lifted as occasion calls so as to be shunted for the safety of work in a plant or the like or lowered in the horizontal state for use, and refuge base for carrier pallet work making use of this deck. ;CONSTITUTION: In a deck 1 with one side supported rotatably into a vertical position from a horizontal position, a connecting arm 3 is provided being connected to the surface side of the deck 1. The tip of the connecting arm 3 is positioned in a space from 110° to 180° around a rotary shaft from the surface of the deck 1 when the deck 1 is placed in the horizontal position, and weights 7, 8, 9 are hung from the tip of the connecting arm 3. In a place for loading/ unloading the load of carrier pallet, the deck 1 is provided along the carrier pallet.
