ESTERS OF CEPHALOSPORIN

The compounds have improved absorption capacity and can be administered orally as an antibiotic. They have the formula wherein r 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl; r2 means an unsubstituted or substituted lower alkyl alicyclic group containing from 3 to 12 carbon atoms or a lower alkyl group substituted with an alicyclic alkyl group containing from 3 to 6 carbon atoms. The invention also relates to pharmaceutically acceptable salts, a process for their preparation and a pharmaceutical composition containing them.
