The collector is used in plant protection in biological control of harmful insects. It fully employs the reproductive potential of insects and establishes optimum habitat of butterflies and a preferable place for laying their eggs. The collector includes a cage for egg collection on the walls of which there are holes in opposite direction across which groups of egg-collection band pass, each of them consisting of three single bands. The single bands have upper rough and lower smooth surfaces positioned one above the other, getting across the holes in groups and are movably connected by means of rollers to which driving elements are mounted.
