High-output, fast-response heat sinks and radiators

The work described in this application is concerned with the design of a new type of heat sink which can be used as a radiator for various applications. The radiator is a planar heat pipe whose evaporator is in the very bottom of the radiator and the entire radiator becomes the condenser. It has very high speed for heat transfer, it is light weight, low cost and eliminates the problem of air lock and bleeding of air.
