The doll has, in its mouth 1a zone, a magnetic switch 2 that can be closed by the approach of a magnet 11 provided in a complementary tool 12 like a wind musical instrument, together with compressible hands with pneumatic circuits 13, 14 which supply pressure to a pneumatic device 9 which moves a hat-shaped element 10 and which close electro-pneumatic switches 7, 8. Closure of the abovementioned switches 2, 7, 8 causes electrical activation signals to be sent to an electronic device 4 which includes a microcontroller 4a and a sound synthesizer unit 4b, so that various different sounds and the continuous or intermittent lighting of an light element 3 housed inside the nose 1b of the doll can be generated.
