The reinforcing fiber (length 2-10cm, thichness 3-25) such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, and aramide fiber is nonwoven as continuous or discontinuous strand mat and dipped in a copolymerized resin of polyolefin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and anhydrous maleic acid, acrylic acid or methacrylic acid to form sheet by the stamping molding. The fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic sheet is light and exhibits high mechanical strength and can be used as a automobile parts, machinery parts, building material, and electric or electronic parts by stamping molding without hardening process.
