The method comprises surface treating of the steel sheet in a preheating region under a reducing atmosphere, and injecting a carrying gas through a nozzle in a vapor-plating region being kept under an inactive gas atmosphere by using the air curtain arranged at inlet and outlet of a vapor-plating device and a shutter perfectly shutting off between the pheheating region and the vapor-plating region. The raw materials of Zn, Al, Sn, Pb, etc. are converted into respective gass by heating to more than respective boiling points, and the gases are carried in a melts port in order to use as the carrying gas for injecting.
