PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a stainless steel sheet in which a hairline groove is formed, wherein the hairline groove has such a groove width and a groove depth that it is not buried even if plating and sulfurizing fumigation are performed after forming the hairline groove on the surface of a stainless substrate by etching.;SOLUTION: This method for producing a hairline fumigation-toned stainless steel sheet includes: a groove forming step A in which a resist 11 applied to a surface 2a of a stainless substrate 2 is exposed through a mask film 12 having translucency and removed in a hairline HL state, and the surface 2a of the stainless substrate 2 exposed by removal of the resist 11 is subjected to etching, so that a hairline groove 3 is formed; a nickel plating step B in which a nickel plated layer 4 is formed on the surface 2a of the stainless substrate 2; a copper plating step C in which a copper plated layer 5 is formed on the surface 4a of the nickel plated layer 4; and a fumigation step D in which sulfurizing fumigation is performed on the surface 5a of the copper plated layer 5 to form a sulfide film 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
