Safeguard of handrail rail entry

A safety device for the handrail entrance made of collar and base is given to the railings with the closure and the handrail. The base has upper and lower sections, and the lower section has a seat to accommodate the collar. The constant section is attached as a hinge to the lower section from where the handrail enters the safety device, allowing the lower section and collar to rotate together.
