WELLHEAD DEVICE FOR PROTECTION OF X-MAS TREE FROM HIGH PRESSURE

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: installed on X-mas tree is fixed flange 22 with central axial channel in which protector 28 is installed and rigidly connected with rod 23 of power drive having cylinder 20 with piston 27. Installed in flange 22 is sealing unit of protector 28. Rod 23 and protector 28 are connected with high pressure pump through T-piece 26. Located between flange 22 and power drive is cylindrical support 21 with longitudinal slot 24 in which side branch 25 of T-piece is installed. Length of slot is larger than value of stroke of piston 27 with rod 23. T-piece 26 is installed for reciprocation relative to flange 22. Upper branch of T-piece 26 is connected with rod 26, and lower branch is connected with protector 28, and side branch, with high-pressure pump. Assembled device is mounted on X-mas tree. Protector 28 is sealed in flange 22. Pumped through side branch 25 of T-piece 26 by means of high-pressure pump is process solution. EFFECT: reliable protection from high pressure. 6 dwg
