FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has frame 1 with at least two vibration exciters 6 arranged symmetrically relative to frame vertical axis. Axes of vibration exciters intersect each other. Mounted on frame is at least one working member 2 and load plate 4 coupled by springs 3 and connected with suspension 5. Working member 2 is made in form of acoustic resonance vibrations waveguide which is essentially a flexible cylindrical envelope with closed slot cut along spiral with length of middle circumference of coil being multiple of wave length. Cross section of support coil has shape of wedge 7 with peak of wedge pointed towards load. Sides of load plate 4 have slots embracing stops 9 mounted on frame 1. Contact surfaces of slots have detachable flexible members made in form of rubber gaskets. Under action of circular vibrations and pressure of static load plate 4, working member is screwed into frozen material which fills up its inner space. Then core is separated from material massive and is excavated. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
