FIELD: fish industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves utilizing oil of sea animals to produce emulsion of oil in water. The emulsion has a viscosity corresponding to that of mayonnaise and contains 10-90 wt.-% of fish oil or other oils of sea animals, or oil concentrate. Containers from airtight material are filled with the emulsion of the mixture of these oils and sealed ensuring an airless space inside so that there occurs no oxidation.
