This process enables the blowing and the recovery of air conditioned by the vacuum created in the raised floor - it comprises the air conditioning unit (a) with blowing reversed equipped with a blowing box (b) and a recovery tank (h), a number of slabs of diffusion (e) and a device (d) comprising a flap and a motor (i). The control of the environment is ensured by a thermostat (f) which controls the motor (i) and the flap. & br / when the local calls for a treatment, the flap is in its low position and the air enters the room, the air is returned to the air conditioning unit by the slab of absorption (g) which is a partial vacuum, when the room has reached the proper temperature, the flap is in its high position and the air returns directly to the air conditioner. & br / all the elements constituting the method are mobile and move at any moment.
