The fixed part (1) comprises a cylinder (2) crossing a bore (6) arranged in a support (5), and a collar (4) defining the cylindrical part and located to the right of the support face (7) which opens out into the bore. The collar has a contour (C) in the form of an oval. The collar cooperates with a rectilinear edge (8) belonging to a projection (9) on the support which is situated on the support face. This obstructs the rotation of the collar fixed to the rigid part around the axis of the bore. USE - Vehicle anti-roll bars etc..
