The invention relates to a spectrophotocolorimeter for spectrophotocolorimetric analysis of a sample. The spectrophotocolorimeter comprises a light source (3, 4, 5) for illuminating the sample, at least one reference standard and at least one reference light source for illuminating this standard, a monochromator (26A), a photoelectric detector (26), a processing unit (33) receiving an electrical signal generated by the photoelectric detector (26) and supplying the desired spectrophotocolorimetric data. The illumination light source is formed by at least two elementary sources (3, 4, 5) each consisting of a first end of a bundle of optical fibres, the said end being associated with an optical collimation system so as to direct the light flux produced by this elementary source (3, 4, 5) onto the sample. The optical collimation systems can be oriented so as to produce illumination light beams which intersect at a measurement point having an adjustable distance with respect to the collimation optics.
