Appts. consists of a supporting frame with a horizontal panel, and a roller which rotates about an axis parallel to the panel and along the frame above it. The appts. incorporates a mechanism for moving the roller and a second one for rotating the panel about a vertical axis and raising it to regulate the thickness of the rolled dough. The rotating/lifting mechanism comprises a threaded rod and nut, with a handle to rotate the nut.
