The disposable ampoule has a neck (4) with a rotary locking screw (11) at least at the outer surface (9) which forms a retainer (10) for the screw. A stretch (12) at the neck (4), between the retainer (10) and detachable end (6), has a taper matching the safety lock and can be cut and removed by the rotating screw (11) and by a taper (13) at a matching stretch (15). A tubular fitting, such as a needle or catheter, connecting tube or push button, has locking tabs (16) to be secured to the screw (11).
