VISION-IMPAIRED PERSON GUIDING DEVICE FOR USE OF ELEVATOR

PURPOSE: To provide a guiding device for guiding the vision-impaired so that they can move along a passage to an elevator entrance. ;CONSTITUTION: While users are waiting for an elevator, air is ejected from air holes 11 aligned toward a call button 3 provided on the side wall 2 of an elevator hall 1. The vision-impaired can easily find the call button 3 by feeling jets of air with palms and following the jets of air. When the elevator arrives and the doors 5, 6 open, air is ejected from air holes 13, 15 located between the call button 3 and a control board 10 in the car 8 so as to guide the visionimpaired into the car 8.
