PURPOSE: To give waterproofness to a soundproof house manufactured by assembling soundproof panels, and prevent a stain of the soundproof panels. ;CONSTITUTION: In a waterproof construction method of a soundproof panel to adhere/lay a waterproof sheet 7 mainly composed of rubber to/on a surface of a soundproof panel 1 through an adhesive, the adhesive is composed of a first adhesive A to be preapplied on the soundproof panel 1 side and a second adhesive B to be beforehand layered on the waterproof sheet 7 side. An adhesive obtained by making aliphatic ring hydrocarbon 5 to 20 pts.wt. and a solvent 500 to 2500 pts.wt. contained in an adhesive component 100 pts.wt. containing polyisobutylene by 80% or more and by mixing these together is optimal as the first adhesive A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
