PURPOSE: A construction method for waterproofing, thermal insulating, soundproofing effects of a concrete structure using a multi-functional panel is provided to prevent deterioration such as swollenness, relaxation, corrosion occurring to a concrete structure in an early stage to the maximum, and to have a function as a protection wall covering the surface of a structure with sure and perfect construction without additional processes or subsidiary materials use by manufacturing a lightweight architectural panel unbreakable by an impact and manageable easily and using a multi-functional panel for waterproofing, thermal insulating, soundproofing problems to the inside and outside of a concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A concrete structure construction method using a multi-functional panel having waterproofing, thermal insulating, soundproofing effects comprises the steps of; forming inner and outer walls below or above the ground by the steps of laying a multi-functional panel(a) to a mold form(f), fixing to be intersected as using a bolt(g), a nut(h), and a washer, laying the nut, washer, multi-functional panel, and mold form in reverse order to the preceding process, assembling with a washer and a check nut repeatedly, then placing primary reinforced concrete(b1); forming a ceiling and a floor on the top of a wall by the steps of adhering a mold form and a multi-functional panel closely to each other though mutual bolt holes, installing reinforcing bars on the multi-functional panel, placing and curing primary reinforced concrete, removing the check nut, the washer, then dismantling the mold form; forming a rooftop layer by waterproofing with a multi-functional panel on the uppermost part of a structure formed by the repeated preceding processes.
