BRANCHING DEVICE IN PNEUMATIC FLOATING TYPE LINEAR MOTOR DRIVE CONVEYING ROUTE

摘要

PURPOSE: To make an efficient change of the conveying direction and a branching with less space by branching a pneumatic floating type conveying route into branched conveying routes so that lifting side guides can be operated selectively. ;CONSTITUTION: A branching device in pneumatic floating type linear motor drive conveying route comprises a conveying route which is arranged along the process for conveying objects, in which a box type conveying table is fitted closely into a conveying table close-fitting groove 11, and which convey objects by a linear motor while floating them by pressure of air spouted from the inside of the conveying route 1 and a branching conveying route 2 arranged so that it is crossed with the conveying route 1. Also side guides 61 and 62 are arranged at the notch parts of the walls on both sides of the conveying route 1 located at the crossed position of the branching conveying route 2 with the conveying route 1 through a lifting means. Then a branching linear motor is arranged inside the crossed position of the conveying route 1 with the branching conveying route 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
