VIBRATOR FITTING STRUCTURE, HOLDING TOOL FOR VIBRATOR FITTING AND VIBRATOR FITTING METHOD

PURPOSE: To reduce vibrator fitting labor, to prevent the damage of a motor rotary shaft and to prevent the falling off of a motor. ;CONSTITUTION: The motor 3 where a weight 4 is fitted to the rotary shaft is fitted to the holding tool for vibrator fitting 2. The end part of the rotary shaft is inserted into the circular hole of a bearing board in the holding tool for vibrator fitting 2. The holding tool for vibrator fitting 2 is stored in a vibrator storage part 120 formed in a casing 12 and it is fixed by a screw 5. Vibrator fitting work terminates by covering the vibrator storage part 120 by an index cover 17. Thus, vibrator fitting labor can be reduced. Since the motor 3 faces the inner wall of the vibrator storage part 120, the falling off of the motor 3 can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
