PURPOSE: To enhance a visual recognizability of design and its sight-attracting ability even under an environment where it is in a solar direct light received on the rear surface of the design, and opposite light of diffused sky light, and at night. CONSTITUTION: This invention comprises a transparent or a semi-transparent white color diffusion board 1 and a high luminance-design light-emitting display sheet 2 connected to the transparent or semi-transparent white color diffusion board 1. A high lnninauce design light-emitting display sheet forms a countless number of recessed parts 5 and 6 on a transparent bonding layer 3 and a transparent film layer 4 and the rear surface which is joined with the transparent film layer 4 one after another from the side which is joined with the transparent or semi-trasparent white color diffusion board 1, thereby forming a design display layer 7 which displays the design on the surface. A flat surface 5a, which permeates light entered from the transparent or semi-transparent white color diffusion board toward the front surface of the design display layer 7, is formed on the recesses parts 5, which are alternately adjoined out of the countless recessed parts 5. A micro prism surface 6a is formed on the other recessed pars 6 which are alternately adjoined out of the countless recessed parts wherein the micro prism is adapted to reflect the light which enters from the front side of the design display layer 7.
