PURPOSE: To enhance visual recorgnizability or a right-attracting ability by forming a counties number of recessed parts on the front surface of an opaque rear face board and a micro prism surface and mounting an optical fiber mount board and jointly as a reflecting board, and a design display board so that light may enter form the rear end. CONSTITUTION: When a luminous flux of solar direct rays or a sky diffused luminous flux enters from the rear end of an optical fiber, light is introduced into the tip 4a of the optical fiber 4, thereby illuminating a design display board 6 which displays the design of the design display board 6 on the rear surface from the front surface of a transparent board or a semi-transparent board from the rear surface. The design of the design display board 6 is emitted with high intensity, thereby enhancing visual recognizability of the design and sight attracting ability during daytime and especially during back light. Further, the design on the front surface of the rear surface of the design display board is adapted to transmit light with a headlight of a car at night. Furthermore, a micro prism surface 3 at a recessed part 2 on the rear surface of an optical fiber mounting board used for a reflecting board 5 is reflected, thereby emitting light with high intensity and enhancing the visual recognizability and right attracting ability of design at night.
