PURPOSE: To provide a controller capable of performing an efficient transfection. ;CONSTITUTION: This transfection controller 100 is made up of a highly heat- resistant switch 114 equipped with a gate, high-voltage current input and high- voltage current output, a restriction impedance device coupled to the above switch 114 and a chemical solution, a charge accumulation device coupled to the input of the switch 114, a control processor 110 coupled to the switch and asserting gate signals, and a restriction impedance compensator which compensates for the resistance of the restriction impedance device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
