PURPOSE: To improve work efficiency and to enhance productivity by automatically carrying out the transfer between conveying belts without assistance of man power in the conveyance of a sheetlike article by means of conveying belts. ;CONSTITUTION: In a guide device 10 for conveying a sheetlike article that is automatically carried over the gap between the connection parts of the front and rear ends of a plurality of conveying belts that have been arranged in series and that is finally fed downward, the guide device 10 is made up of a preceding part 1, and a connection part 3 of a sheetlike article that has been connected to this preceding part 1 at a distance, and also the preceding part 1 is divided into a front part and a rear part, and they are connected so as to be turnable only to the downward direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
