LIGHTWEIGHT DECORATIVE BOARD FOR BUILDING

摘要

PURPOSE: To facilitate construction work using lightweight material by arranging a plurality of decorative pieces on a substrate made of lightweight mortar so that the substrate is exposed so as to form a joint, thereby forming a lightweight decorative board. ;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of decorative pieces 2 are arranged so as to be spaced by through joints 3 on a substrate 1, in which lightweight aggregates such as expansive perlite, expansive vermiculite are mixed with hydraulic cement to form a lightweight decorative board 4. And the pieces 2 of the board 4 are formed by solidifying colored fine aggregates, such as colored silica sands, fragments of porcelain, or fragments of glass, with organic binder such as epoxy resin, and after the boards 4 are bonded to the substrate, caulking material is filled into joints of the boards 4. Consequently, the board can be easily cut off and construction efficiency can be improved by a dry construction method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
