HIGH PRESSURE STEAM STERILIZING DEVICE AND DISCHARGING METHOD USED FOR THE DEVICE

PURPOSE: To promote the drying of a chamber after sterilization, by storing equipments in the chamber which is then closed by an openable door in a gas- tight manner, thereafter by discharging high pressure steam from the chamber by opening a vent valve, and by taking out the equipment from the chamber before it is dried. ;CONSTITUTION: Equipments to be sterilized are stored in a chamber 1 which is then set in a gas-tight manner, and then they are sterilized by high pressure steam. After sterilization, a solenoid is energized to move a movable plate 9 so as to cause a vent valve 4 to open its vent hole. Accordingly, high pressure steam is discharged from the chamber 1. After the pressure in the chamber deceases, a cover of the chamber is opened so as to take out the equipments, and the chamber is continuously dried.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
