METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SETTING AND REMOVING BARREL TANK IN BARREL FINISHING MACHINE OF PLANETARY ROTATION TYPE, AND BARREL CASE

PURPOSE: To easily set and remove a barrel tank by inserting and removing the barrel tank along a plurality of guides in a barrel case and by setting and removing the barrel tank by engaging and disengaging the barrel tank with/from a fixing bolt secured to the wall of the case on the opposite side of the guides. ;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cylinders (guiding members) 3, 3 are fixed parallelly to a peripheral wall 1c of a case 1c at specified intervals in the bottom side of a barrel case 1 which is open at one end 1a and has a supporting shaft 2 at the center of the other end 1b. A fastening bolt 6 (fastening member) is screwed into a barrel tank 4 in a diametrical direction at the position which is a vertex of an isosceles triangle whose other vertexes are both cylinders 3, 3 and is opposite to an annular groove 5 disposed near the center of gravity of a barrel tank 4. On the other hand, a barrel cover 8 with a flange 7 is fixed on the open end of the barrel tank 4 with a bolt 9 and a nut 10. The barrel tank 4 is easily and swiftly set and removed to/from the barrel case 1 in this way.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
