PURPOSE:To adequately process a measure moisture value and to enhance the calculation accuracy of an average moisture value by measuring the posture to supply grains as well at the time of measuring the moisture of the grains. CONSTITUTION:The grains under drying are supplied by each grain to a pair of roll electrodes 1 and are crushed. The resistance value between the electrodes 1 of this time is converted to a moisture signal voltage by a resistance-voltage converting circuit 2 and is supplied to a microcomputer 4 after A/D conversion. A measurement time calculating circuit 5 calculates the time from the rise to fall of the moisture signal voltage, i.e., the time when the grains are crushed. A pressure sensor 6 detects the pressure between between the electrodes 1 when the grains are crushed. The sensor supplies the signal thereof to an A/D converter 7. The computer 4 processes these signals, add the signals to the moisture value of the grains and outputs the supply posture thereof as well as the normal/defective condition of the grains.
