The purpose of this manual is to assist in evaluating the needs and attitudes of groups of ISG users. An objective analysis of needs and attitudes is useful when prioritizing or tailoring new application and change requests. Such an analysis acts as a roadmap indicating the 'best' way to go. This manual also describes the methodology to interpret the study results and describes how to administer and compile the results.
