PURPOSE: To classify water into reusable water for recycling, and save water for a countermeasure of water shortage. CONSTITUTION: On the proper place of a city water facility such as a sink 1, a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub, or a wash place, two drain ports 2, 3 are opened, and the one drain port 2 is to a drain route A of reusable water and the other drain port 3 is a drain route B of non-reusable water, respectively connected. Port covers 6 which can be optionally changed to close either of them are mounted on the two drain ports 2, 3.
