PURPOSE: To obtain a fluororesin film-laminated metal plate without sacrificing excellent properties of a design effect, resistance to stains, etc., by laminating a fluororesin film, preferably 4-fluorinated fluororesin film, onto one of or both of faces of the metal plate having a design effect. ;CONSTITUTION: A transparent fluororesin film 2 is bonded to a metal plate 1 on which hairlines 1a are drawn. After the bond area of the fluororesin film 2 where the film 2 is bonded to the metal plate 1 is subjected to the corona treatment, a bonding agent is applied on the surface of the metal plate 1 to bond the fluororesin film 2 to the metal plate 1. Thus, the hairlines 1a can be seen through the fluororesin film 2. As the fluororesin film 2, it is preferable to employ a 4-fluorinated fluororesin film. Further, the bonding becomes easier by interposing a resin layer between the metal plate 1 on which the hairlines are drawn and the fluororesin film 2. The resin layer is selected from among heat-resistant resins capable of being generally bonded to the metal plate 1 as well as to the fluororesin film 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
