PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet for a resin-coated metal plate capable of manufacturing the resin-coated metal plate excellent in processability and design property, which shows an excellent embossing transcription property by an extrusion cast-embossing method, and further has a surface embossing design of a high heat resistance and a design of a printed pattern.;SOLUTION: The laminated sheet for the resin-coated metal plate comprises a layer A (10), a layer B (20), a printed pattern E (50), a layer C (30), and a layer D (40), wherein the layer A is a resin layer consisting of a predetermined PBT-type resin and a predetermined polyester resin, the B layer is a resin layer consisting mainly of a predetermined polyester resin, the layer C is a resin layer consisting mainly of a predetermined polyester resin, and the layer D is a resin layer containing a predetermined PBT-type resin.
