PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emboss-designable laminated sheet which is suitable for a building interior material shows an excellent embossing transfer property by an extrusion cast-embossing method, and further has favorable emboss designing by high embossing heat resistance, and can manufacture of a resin-coated metal plate excellent in processability, design performance and scratch resistance.;SOLUTION: The laminated sheet comprises at least three layers of the layers A (10), B (20) and C (30). The layer A is a non-oriented resin layer comprising a prescribed amount of a polybutylene terephthalate-based resin having a prescribed melting point and a prescribed amount of a polyester-based resin having a prescribed glass transition temperature. The layer B is a non-oriented resin layer comprising a prescribed amount of a polybutylene terephthalate-based resin having a prescribed melting point and a prescribed amount of a substantially amorphous polyester-based resin, and has a prescribed thickness and a coloring agent is added. The layer C is a further non-oriented resin layer mainly composed of a substantially amorphous polyester-based resin, and has a prescribed thickness or smaller.
