PURPOSE: To accurately and surely fix a yarn end despite a simple structure in the case of preventing bad effect caused by natural fraying of the yarn end of the winding end of the yarn winding body and easily take out the yarn end in the case of using the yarn winding body. CONSTITUTION: A twist is given to the yarn end YE of the surface layer of a yarn winding body such as a package(P), filaments and wool as surface yarn parts of the yarn winding body are twined around by twist of rotation force of the whole thread end, and the yarn end YE is wound around the filaments and the fluff (h) so as to be fixed thereto. A yarn end processing device 1 consisting of a twisting nozzle 1B for giving twist to the sucked yarn end YE by turning flow is provided for processing the yarn end.
