METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SPRAYING OF COATING IN RECIPROCATING COATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To perform a specified spray ON and OFF only by inputting the numerals of a reciprocating stroke by a method wherein a spray ON is made after a specified time passes after a timer is set by using a stroke signal OFF input into a reciprocating controller as a standard. ;CONSTITUTION: A spray gun 1 is fixed on a horizontal supporting body 11 performing reciprocating movement by mounting a horizontal slit 10 on a hooking pin 9 of a chain 8 hung on the upper and lower sprockets 6 and 7. Then, a positioning signal of a rotary encoder 3 formed on the rotating shaft 2 of the sprocket 7 is guided to a controller 4 provided with an indicator 12. On the other hand, an air hose 5 for spraying guided out from a solenoid valve 4a attached on a controller 4 is connected with the spray gun l. In this case, a timer is set in such a way that the timer for a spray signal ON is started by making a spray signal OFF input in a controller 4 as a standard and a timer up is made to be the spray signal ON.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
