PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an uneven thickness of membrane by making the upper surface of a plate-form body provided to cover a panel face in a curved surface extending along the extension surface of the panel face. CONSTITUTION:A plate 10 and a tube 9 are provided on a panel face. The plate 10 of a disk form, for example, can be regulated so that its form has a curvature of a spherical surface same as that of the panel face when the panel face is a spherical surface, and a bending in a cylindrical form as a whole when the panel face is cylindrical. By setting such a disk 10, the wind turning in from the side surface can be removed, and by setting the tube 9 with the diameter in the same level as the diameter of the disk 10, the surface wind generated by the revolution can be reduced. The generation of an uneven thickness of membrane can be prevented consequently.
