ABNORMALITY DETECTING DEVICE FOR CUTTER SEAL LUBRICATING CIRCUIT IN SHIELD EXCAVATOR

PURPOSE: To correctly judge the generation of abnormality in the case of abnormality being generated to a cutter seal lubricating circuit in a shield excavator, and easily specify an abnormality generated place. ;CONSTITUTION: An abnormality detecting device for a cutter seal lubricating circuit in a shield excavator is provided with an initial pressure detector 33 for detecting the initial pressure of a lubricant directly in front of a distributing valve 24 at the time of feeding the lubricant to pressure chambers 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, respectively formed between adjacent seals 10a, 10b, 10c, 13a, 13b and lip seals 15a, 15b, 15c, by a lubricant pump 26, and charging pressure detectors 34, 35, 36, 37 for detecting the charging pressure of the lubricant in the respective pressure chambers 11, 12, 14, 16, 17. Each differential pressure between the initial pressure detected by the initial pressure detector 33 and each charging pressure detected by each charging pressure detector 34, 35, 36, 37 is computed by a signal storage processing part 38, and the abnormal state of the cutter seal lubricating circuit for feeding the lubricant to the respective pressure chambers 11, 12, 14, 16, 17 is judged on the basis of each detected value and each computed value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
