PURPOSE:To make it possible to readily prevent the interior of a KOJI (yeast) production vessel from staining and carry out cleaning of the interior, by providing a rotating mechanism of the KOJI (yeast) production vessel on the outside thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rotating mechanism (R), consisting of rollers 23, supporting shafts 25, etc., and supporting a KOJI (yeast) production vessel (T) is provided on the outside thereof and placed on circular guides 22 fixed to a floor base 21. The KOJI production vessel is constituted of mutually connectable and separable upper drum 27 and lower drum 28 and the upper drum 27 is separated from the lower drum 28 in discharging the product KOJI. A blower 33 and duct 34 are detachably provided on the outside of the KOJI production vessel (T) so that cleaning may be readily carried out.
