PURPOSE: To provide a koji producing device of rotary koji producing tank of curtain type hung from the ceiling type capable of preventing useless enlargement in the setting space of a koji producing device and rise in expenditure for facilities and equipment, facilitating a koji producing process and forming a high-quality koji. ;CONSTITUTION: Opening and closing elements Y are openably and closably installed at the lower part of a new bed N set inside a rotary koji producing tank equipped with a mixing machine U and a koji discharging tank. Heat is generated in a koji drawn in the net bed N by closing the opening and closing elements Y. The opening and closing elements are opened, temperature is properly controlled and the koji is dehumidified by air circulation at the top of the koji producing tank under stretching of a curtain hung from the ceiling. Then the curtain from the ceiling is removed and air circulation is stopped. The koji is stirred by an agitating blade F1 fitted with a cutting piece. The koji can be uniformly spread toward the center of the koji producing tank by reverse revolution of a koji discharging machine W and the revolution of the koji producing tank T itself.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
