PURPOSE:To improve sealing performance by fixing a coaxial drain seat to the drain hole of an oil pan made of vibration damping steel where a resin thin layer is interposed between two sheets of steel plates and interposing a gasket and an oil-proof sealant in the screw axis part of a drain plug. CONSTITUTION:An oil pan 10 is made of vibration damping steel plates where a viscous resin 10c is interposed between two upper and lower thin plates 10a and 10b, and a drain hole is formed at its bottom part. To the drain hole, a drain seat 16 provided with a screw hole 14 is fixed almost coaxially. And the head part 24 of the drain plug 20 in which a gasket 26 which is to be crushed at the time of engaging is inserted in advance, and after an oil-proof sealant 32 is applied to the opposite to the plug head part 24 of this gasket 26, the drain plug 20 is engaged with the drain seat 16.
