PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately seal an inner tank drain hole and an outer tank drain hole and secure working efficiency in oil replacement, in a drain plug for a double tank type oil pan and a drain structure for the double tank type oil pan.;SOLUTION: The drain plug 30A is provided with the inner tank plug 32A sealing the inner tank drain hole M2 by abutting on the inner tank drain hole M2 of the double tank type oil pan 20A form a lower side, the outer tank plug 31A sealing the outer tank drain hole M1 of the double tank type oil pan 20A, and a spring 33A arranged between the inner tank plug 32A and an outer tank plug 31A and compressed under a condition where the inner tank plug 32A abuts on the inner tank drain hole M2 and the outer tank plug 31A seals the outer tank drain hole M1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
