PURPOSE: To provide an oil-free vane type fluid machine capable of eliminating the abrasion of a vane inherent thereto and preventing a leak at a surface seal between a rotor and the internal surface of a cawing equivalent to an oil film sealing effect as well as a leak between a side cover and the rotor. ;CONSTITUTION: Regarding an oil-free vane type fluid machine, a casing 1 or side covers 4 and 5 adopt a structure to eliminate the rotating slide motion of a vane 3 via the effective application of bearings 9 and 11. Furthermore, the vane 3 is kept free from a top rotation shock and the oscillation of a vane groove 2'. In addition, a sealing line between a rotor 2 and the inner surface of the casing 1 is maintained in a surface contact state. Also, a tip seal 12 is mounted on the side covers 4 and 5 for preventing a blowby at a compression stroke.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
