PURPOSE:To send one and same data with split by using a specific bit in n-set of envelopes so as to form a multi-frame and sending a control signal and a signal identifying the relative delay in the transmission line between respective envelopes thereby using plural transmission lines with difference relative delay in the transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A control signal R-S and envelopes t, u are formed at each 6-bit in a data signal (s) by envelope forming circuits 101, 102. Multiframe forming circuits 103, 104 use 8-envelope as one multi-frame from the envelopes t, u formed in this way and multi-frame signals v, w are sent respectively in the 0-th order group transmission lines 105, 106 to obtain multi-frame signals v', w'. Multi-frame signals t', u' read while making the multi-frame number coincident are rearranged in the order of data signals e,f, the data signal (s) before transmission is decoded and the result is outputted as a data signal s'.
